When are you open

We’re open from 9:30pm until 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays & the Holiday Period)

Where can I park?

We have a free customer car park directly in front of our shop, and customers who need closer access are welcome to park on the road by the door

Is your shop accessible?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our building, there is a slight step into the building, and a set of 2 steps down into the shop at the front. Our staff will come up to the top of the shop to help you out with anything you may need though!

We are contactable by Phone (01274 870219) and regularly post orders out to customers who can’t make it into the shop.

We’re just off Westgate, across from the fire station! We are a short 5 minute walk from Cleckheaton Town Centre.

Please note the online order form is for easy upload of pre-arranged orders, please don't upload documents to this without contacting us and receiving confirmation first, as this drop box isn't checked unless we're expecting something 

What art supplies do you sell?

We have a range of Artist and Student grade supplies from big brands such as Royal Talens, Derwent, Daler Rowney and Faber Castell, as well as a host of other brands and suppliers.

Can I order items you don’t stock on the shelves?

If there’s something you can’t find in our shop, we can check with our suppliers to see if we can get it in for you! Our supplies stock thousands of products so we’re bound to find something to suit your needs.

Delivery time for ordered items can vary significantly, so please check first!

Can I print a document/image off my phone?

You can connect to our free in-store wifi and email over your content to us. Our email address for in-store printing is sales@copyconcept.co.uk to speed up your time waiting; we always recommend sending your email with the required documents before you come into the shop.

Do you have wifi?

Yes! We have free customer wifi, the code is on the wall next to the reception desk, so just sign yourself up!

What is your policy on selling restricted goods?

If you wish purchase a restricted item (such as a solvent based product, or a knife) you may be asked for ID if you are lucky enough to look under 25.


What payment methods do you accept?

On our website we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal 

In store we accept all major UK Cards and Contactless payment methods, as well as cash. 

Are you open to the public?

Yes! Anyone is welcome to visit and shop in our store and on our website.

Do you offer a student discount?

We offer a 10% discount on select products and services for students, U3A and art group members, just bring along proof of enrollment! (This can be your student ID, NUS card, sign up letter or a note from a referee!)

Why was my online order cancelled?

As we are a small local shop, sometimes items on our website may sell out before we've had chance to update them. Unfortunately, if an item is in high demand and out of stock everywhere else (such as when it is discontinued) google shopping will boost that item to the top of the results and people will place an order with us - sadly, if no other provider or manufacturer has these in stock, we also cannot get this stock in. In cases like this, we will cancel your order, of offer an alternative and you will receive a full refund/alternative as discussed as soon as possible. 

Do you offer a loyalty scheme?

Our loyalty scheme is on pause to new customers at the moment, but if you already have a loyalty card, don't worry, we'll still honor this and any discounts you've built up.
